These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) contain the terms and conditions for the use of the http://siren7.co.uk webshop (hereinafter referred to as Webshop) by customers.
During registration and purchase (in both cases), if you wish to use the services of the Webshop, you must accept the terms of this GTC, which you can do by selecting the checkbox on the form. In the case of acceptance of the terms and conditions of the GTC, this contract shall be concluded between the Service Provider and the user of the Webshop. If the user does not accept the terms of the GTC, he/she will not be able to use the services of the Webshop. You can’t sign up or send an order.
The technical information required for the use of the Website that is not included in this GTC is provided by the information available on the Website.
The language of the contract is Hungarian.
- If the user sends an order to the Webshop and the service provider confirms the order by e-mail, a sales contract is concluded between the buyer (user) and the service provider. (If the order confirmation email is not received by the buyer within 48 hours, the buyer will be exempt from the offer obligation, will not be obliged to buy the ordered product, use the service.)
- The user accepts that the contract concluded in this way is deemed to be in writing and governed by the law of Hungary. The provisions of this GTC shall apply to the contract.
- The contract is created in Hungarian, and the Webshop stores it automatically in electronic form. Available to the user after logging in to the Webshop user interface. You can read, save, or print its contents.

1.3. The essential features of the product can be viewed by users on the product presentation pages.
1.4. The Seller is entitled to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions by informing the Buyers through the Webshop. After the entry into force, the amended provisions will become effective against the Customer upon the first use of the Webshop, and shall apply to orders placed after the modification.
1.5. Any Customer who disagrees with the modifications of the rules must abandon the purchase. Changes are not affected by contracts (confirmed orders).
1.6. The Seller is also entitled to change the range of products sold, the purchase price, deadlines, etc. The change is effective from the date of publication on the Webshop.
1.7. People under the age of eighteen can only order parental control and permission from the webshop.
2.1. All parts of the Webshop’s content are available to anyone without registration and the purchase is not subject to valid registration; However, if the Customer wishes to register to the Webshop, he/she must provide the following informations to the Webshop: Name, Email Address, Password, Address (Shipping, Billing Address), Telephone Number. If the registration was successful, email confirmation will be provided.
2.2. Customers may cancel their registration at any time. He/she can also do this by deleting the email or user interface account sent to the customer service. Once removed, data recovery is no longer possible.
2.3. The Customer is solely responsible for keeping the User Access Data (especially the password) in secret. If the Customer becomes aware that an unauthorized third party may have received the password given to him/her at the time of registration, he/she shall immediately change the password, and if the third party is suspected of using the password in any way, he/she shall simultaneously notify the Seller.
2.4. The Customer undertakes to update the personal data provided during registration, as necessary, to ensure that they are timely, complete and accurate.
3. Purchase Procedure:
After you place the product in the basket, you can start and finalize the purchase from the basket. In addition, it is possible to increase the quantity ordered in the basket. By clicking on the “Proceed to Checkout” button, the order can be finalized by filling in the data in the checkout window. It is important to note that of course there is a possibility to buy as a guest, but there is also a possibility of registration for returning customers. In this case, you can only create a user account by specifying the “Create Account” checkbox when entering the data menu. Of course, there is also a possibility to change the way of delivery on the checkout page like the basket page. The final step before purchase is to select the payment method on the checkout page. Prices published in the Webshop are gross prices including VAT, including the price of the products. The additional costs of shipping and cash on delivery are displayed on the basket and payment page, depending on the customer’s shipping and payment methods.

7. Right of withdrawal
The provisions of this clause apply only to natural persons acting outside their trade, self-employment or business, who purchase, order, receive, use, use, and address the commercial communication, offer (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer) of the goods. On the basis of Government Decree 45/2014 on the detailed rules of contracts between the consumer and the enterprise (regulation), the right of withdrawal (the right to return the product, the consumers are entitled to guarantee of return) when purchasing on the Internet.

The consumer is entitled to exercise his/her right of withdrawal between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of receipt of the product. Any damage resulting from the depreciation or misuse of the product resulting from the use of the product shall be borne by the Consumer.
7.1. The process of exercising the right of withdrawal
If the Consumer wishes to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, he/she shall send a clear statement of his / her intention to withdraw (eg by post, telephone or e-mail) using the contact details indicated in clause 1 of this GTC to the Webshop. The Consumer shall exercise his/her right of withdrawal in due time if he/she sends his/her cancellation declaration to the Webshop before the 14th day after the order has expired.
The Consumer shall be responsible for proving that he exercised his/her right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions set forth in paragraph 10 above.

The user is not obliged to use the sample document. You can choose another form. The point is that the submitted statement will reveal the customer’s (to fulfill the obligations of the webshop) personal data, the date of purchase and the product’s identity.

With whom we share user data
How long we keep personal information
If you comment, the comment and its metadata will remain in the system for an indefinite period of time. The purpose of this is to make all subsequent postings familiar to us and not be included in the list of posts to be moderated.
